Feliú is the project of a young passionate about cocoa that began in Central America and culminated in Mexico.
Victor knows the cocoas of the area and chooses profiles of ancient, aromatic and very elegant cocoas, "from the farm, selecting each grain and processing it according to its characteristics: genetics, cultivation, grain size, time of year, etc. We do tests with each batch to adjust the process and achieve the best aromatic expression of each variety.
For now we only work Mexican cocoa, mainly from Chiapas and Tabasco, bought directly from the producers, which we visit regularly. We process it in Guadalajara, Jalisco, where our small factory and outlet are located. ".
His chocolates, with little time in the market have evolved and today they already receive awards and international recognition-
They are chocolates of European invoice, not grainy like the traditional chocolates of Mexico, but fine and well worked.
Victor Takes great care of the supply since he is an expert in post-harvest and capable of differentiating if a cocoa is well worked in this important phase.
