The cocoa from the Esmeraldas region in Ecuador is one of the most famous in the country. They are cocoas called de Arriba or Nacional, scarce, very fine and aromatic to which in this case a small amount of coconut sugar is added to qualify the intensity of 90%.
Being minimally processed (raw) this bean from Arriba offers a sweet and creamy chocolate, with notes of nuts, honey, flowers, ripe fruit and a finish with citrus and spicy notes.
