Cru Madagascar Amedei is a full-bodied chocolate coating, with a citrus flavor typical of the good cocoas of Madagascar, with a slight menthol aroma. It expands in the mouth with an irresistible richness that calls for the fullness of its flavor, leaving a slight spice at the end.
Amedei crus come from individual production areas and, like grapes, are the product of a particular climate and region and have their own individual characteristics and distinctive flavors.

The crus come from individual plantations in Madagascar that provide us with a "trinitarian", whose genetic makeup is more than 85% "criollo", the cocoa bean of the ancient Mayans.
