Ecuador is one of the largest producers of fine cocoa in the world. For years its production decreased in quality and gained in quantity. Now the work is oriented towards the search for varieties of the highest quality that are highly demanded in the international market. This is a good example.
Located in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Finca Garyth has been working hard to recover and preserve the Ecuadorian National cacao that was believed to be extinct at the beginning of the 20th century. Chocolate made from this exceptional cocoa has a soft floral character that lacks bitterness. It has aromas of fresh grass, some smoke, tobacco and banana on the finish.
Rozsavolgy minimally processes cocoa beans to preserve all its aromas and qualities.
High chocolatier from Budapest.
