In Madagascar, in the Sambirano valley (the most famous cocoa valley) is the Ambolikapiky plantation where Bertil Akesson sustainably cultivates a high quality Trinitario and Criollo cocoa.
Wild Voatsiperifery pepper is a variety of pepper unique to Madagascar, very aromatic and that combines perfectly with this cocoa.
It is a very light pepper, more so than pink pepper, with a soft and very aromatic aftertaste, which is why it is highly appreciated.
This tablet provides notes of citrus, red berries, caramel, cocoa, a light touch of smoke and toast. Wild pepper leaves a firm but very smooth and elegant finish.
