In 2009, the Akessons story begins in this plantation in Bahia, Brazil, where a native variety of Forastero cocoa called "Parasinho" is grown.
A stranger much softer than the African, delicate and very balanced.
This cocoa provides notes of wood, forest, "pitanga", honey, malt, which together with the milk gives an intense chocolate due to its high cocoa content and creamy due to the milky note.
A milk chocolate delight.
