In Madagascar, in the Sambirano Valley (the most famous cocoa valley) is the Ambolikapiky plantation where Bertil Akesson sustainably cultivates exceptional Criollo cocoa.
This bar provides the characteristic softness of Creole cocoas, from which only its pure butter is used, which has not undergone the usual deodorization process, and the creaminess of the milk.
