Kaitxo imports small batches of cocoa, originally selected for their aromatic characteristics and the way in which the cocoa beans have been grown and processed, to its Balmaseda workshop. In this case, it is a batch of native white cacao from Peru grown by César Vallejo in the Piura region.
Expert roasters, Kaitxo makes the most of cocoa and offers us a bar with notes of jasmine, fruit in syrup and raisins.
This chocolate has been awarded a Bronze award in the European competition of the International Chocolate Awards 2018.
